We will soon be going through a ten million dollar face lift. This is a class A facility that provides full service with it's long term care contract. Visit daily and staff is always friendly and answers my questions. I've been and visited several facilities and the staff truly care about the residents.
Today they have trivia, some days they have exercises, bingo, and jackpot, and very seldom since the shutdowns, they have entertainment. They had a beautician, but she hasn’t been allowed in for over a year. The only place we can go is from our room to the entertainment room, and we can’t go to any part of the building. My mom is a resident of Willow Brook Christian Home. They’re very caring and take really good care of my mom.

Other than the price, everything else was great. This facility is filthy and poorly taken care of. My family member was in care there and rooms a/c was removed and never replaced. The does not speak english and are poorly trained.
Failure to ensure that all smokers were supervised as assessed and failed to ensure patients returned smoking materials to staff after breaks. Failure to ensure a resident environment was free from accident hazards when their bed/air mattress was not properly sized to the bed frame. Everything seemed very new and clean, and the rooms were very big and nice.
